Automating administrative workflows.
The healthAlign platform automates the credentialing, referral, service documentation and claims management processes of community-based programing across a diverse platform of providers.

healthAlign handles the administrative burden of credentialing providers, as well as ensuring the quality, compliance, efficiency and fulfillment of services in the home. This enables the plan to spend more time focused on population-based outcomes and less energy chasing fulfillment and provider oversight on a referral by referral basis.
A member-focused delivery model.
Through our user-friendly portal, members can easily shop, schedule, and manage all services being delivered into the home. This creates a completely customizable and flexible program offering for the member.
A flexible aging-in-place benefit.
Plans working with healthAlign to manage services can allocate credits for their members. This allows members to schedule any approved service using their available credits through familiar e-commerce experience. Alternatively, all marketplace services are available through private pay.
A supported member experience.
For members who are not comfortable or able to self-manage their services using the portal, we provide personalized support through our Care Concierge team. Over the phone, the Care Concierge guides the member through their options, evaluating and ordering the necessary service on the member’s behalf.
Similarly, we offer a Case Management portal that provides access to the same features.
