If your business provides a service that helps older adults remain independent within their homes, apply to join our network of credentialed providers!
Improving the aging experience.
- Each care and support service provider is required to undergo our credentialing process.
- Once this is complete, you will begin to receive referrals.
- Referrals are prioritized and assigned based on your provider score, which is directly tied to performance.
- Upon completion of a visit, you will submit documentation through one of the four platform input options.
- We pay our provider partners on a regular 14-day payment cycle.
